Well...

Disneyland was absolutly wonderful! The weather was wonderful, there werent any lines at all, and overall it was a very nice trip. I will post all the pictures and more details soon- but I have to get Brock ready for Idaho and prepare for Thanksgiving.

We are officially going to close on December 3rd and will be able to get the keys on the 5th!!! As exciting as that sounds- I am suddenly filled with PANIC. I have one week to pack up our basement for the move. We are looking for a couple of volenteers to go down to Santaquin on the 6th to help us unload our UHAUL. So if anyone is interested in recieving some blessings through service- feel free to drop me a line.

On a more random note- I have noticed that Blake has broken a molar. SO that makes 4 front teeth and a molar on top, and 2 lonely teeth on bottom.

A House Update

AHHH. Ivory needs to learn not to mess with a Larsen girl when she is emotional! So first we noticed that they have the wrong garage door-taupe not Brown- and that it doesnt have its key pad installed, then that the gutter down spout looks like they pieced it together with scraps, now that the hall bathroom fixture is broken, they put the outlet on the kitchen island on the wrong side and so now it is visable from the familyroom and looks way out of place (note above picture)and we are worried about the lack of GFI recepticals in the bathroom and kitchen (Hey I have a husband that quoted electrical plans and knows the code). They promised to fix the garage door, we are fighting over the down spout, and we want answers on the fixture. We dont know if it is just the glass or the whole fixture that isnt working. Jeff can order another fixture for like 60 dollars- we just hope they still have it in stock. Terra said that she couldnt believe it was going so smoothly in the beginning and I know she is right. They just better get this fixed or they will hear it.

On a better note: The kitchen cabnits are in and beautiful as well as the fixtures we installed everywhere besides the broken one.

3 Years

Three years ago today I began the wild ride that is my life. Three year seems hardly long enough to have ended one life and begin and live another- and I am not just talking about me-but Grace and Blake. If it werent for this cingular event-this one day- my life would not be where it is today, a wonderful husband and two beautiful boys, living in Utah with in-laws I can actually stand to be around. I lost something that day, a Girl, but somehow she was able to give me an amazing gift- a new life and hope for my future.

Fun Fun Fun

The house this week

The painters were working and so there are no new pics of the inside

Blake is 1

Well Blake has been 1 for 10 days now- and what a difference it has made. He has more personality then ever (by personality I mean attitude). He either wakes up on the right side or wrong side of the bed each morning- and he has no problem expressing it (aka trying to bite us when he is mad). But when he is happy- he is REALLY happy. He puts everything on his head to make a hat- and cracks himself up doing it. He has also mastered one of the most important skills a baby can do -turn the tv on and off until Brock is ready to lose it. Blake loves baths, outside, books (mostly trying to tear them apart), and cars. He still has no interest in walking- and with Disneyland just 19 days away-we dont have much time.

Blake also loves loves to eat. He knows where Grandpa's candy is suppose to be, knows magically without looking that your bowl has ice cream in it, and has offically made a decision that mashed peas ( and most of canned baby food) are horrible. I am beginning to worry that he is alot like me- a slightly bi-polar chocoholic- or maybe he is just a normal 1 year old.
